a summer soup of slowly simmered "Nonesuch" corn with onion and herbs, finished with cream and a swirl of roasted red pepper
Flank Steak Quesadilla
wood fire grilled flank steak layered with Monterey Jack cheese and griddled in a warm flour tortilla… topped with a sautée of fresh-off-the-cob corn, black beans and cherry tomatoes…served with a dollop of Lime Crema and cilantro
Basil Pesto Spread
a chilled spread of fresh basil pesto blended with cream cheese, served with toasted, garlic-dusted bagel rings and garnished with a Caprese skewer
Salmon Cakes
fresh Atlantic salmon blended with herbs, tossed in Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, baked and served with Cucumber Dill Sauce

Kentucky Hot Brown
Our version of a Kentucky classic...tender hand pulled turkey breast with Bechamel sauce, shredded cheddar, sliced tomato and crispy bacon, oven-baked and garnished with toast points. Served with a salad of red leaf lettuce, Mandarin oranges, rings of purple onion, English walnuts and poppyseed dressing
Harvest Salad
Slowly roasted pork tenderloin, served warm on a bed of mixed salad greens with sliced plums, garden fresh roasted beets, baked parmesan encrusted Yukon Gold potatoes and butternut squash chips. Drizzled with blackberry vinaigrette, finished with crumbled goat cheese and toasted pecans

A baked meringue shell filled with jamoca ice cream, hot fudge sauce, toasted sliced almonds, whipped cream and a cherry. Our house specialty!
