Spinach Triangle
spinach, Monterey Jack cheese and spices baked in crispy phyllo pastry, served in a pool of garlic tomato marinara

Tuscan Pork Polenta
tender braised pork slowly simmered in a ragù of tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs...served over flavorful polenta and accompanied by a fresh salad of kale and crisp apple tossed in citrus vinaigrette and topped with pomegranate seeds
Chicken Puff Pie
our version of an old fashioned classic...tender chicken breast, new potatoes, peas, pearl onions and carrots baked in a white wine and basil sauce, under a cloud of golden puff pastry. Served with a salad of red leaf lettuce, Mandarin oranges, English walnuts, rings of purple onion and our poppyseed dressing
