baby shrimp, scallops and crabmeat poached in white wine sauce, dusted with Parmesan, baked in a seashell and served a slice of homemade focaccia bread

a savory biscuit baked with a blend of Cheddar, Gruyere and Parmesan, topped with shaved Finchville Farms country ham and topped with a drizzle of "hot" honey

Chicken Artichoke Rolls
chicken breast stuffed with artichoke and Parmesan soufflé baked in phyllo pastry. Topped with pink peppercorn sauce and julienne sun dried tomatoes. Accompanied by a salad of red leaf lettuce, Mandarin oranges, purple onion, English walnuts and our own poppyseed dressing
Beef Bourguignon
tender braised beef slowly simmered in a rich red wine sauce with pearl onions, carrots, tomatoes, garlic and herbs. Served with a fresh salad of kale topped with crisp apples, Citrus Vinaigrette and pomegranate seeds
