John and Alfia Gallo started Gallo’s Pizza and Subs in 1990 with the hope to carry on lifelong work in the bakery and food business. It became a family business in the truest sense, with their children, siblings, cousins, uncles, nieces and nephews, and even some friends pitching in from time to time. After some time away from the shop, John and Alfia returned in 2007 and are excited to celebrate Gallo’s Pizza’s 20th anniversary!
