Our Shandong cuisine has been a cornerstone of our menu since 1988. We are most proud of our noodle dishes which range from Cha Chiang Mien (noodles covered in black bean sauce) to San Shan Noodle (a spicy noodle soup with seafood).
Our most recent addition to the restaurant is a skillful chef from Sichuan province. His signature dishes are not for the faint of heart. Please don’t forget to start of your meals with one of our award winning appetizers. We suggest the steamed dumplings.
