About the course

Forbes is a 9-Hole par-36 layout on the southeast side of Shawnee County measuring 3,253 yards from the back tees. The course was designed by Bob E. Baldock in 1962 and is maintained by Shawnee County Parks & Recreation. Forbes offers a relaxed atmosphere for golfers of all skill levels. The course has 3 sets of tees on a links style layout. Our course can be challenging for the experienced, yet easy enough for beginners.
