Foolish Craig’s Café has changed a lot since it opened in 1998 and has been evolving ever since. The one thing that has never changed is that every day we try to become a better place for our customers, employees and owner-operators, Foolish Mitch and Just Craig. Please let us know if there is something you would like to see us do differently. We make almost everything from scratch in our kitchen using fresh local ingredients including all of our award-winning bread. Every item on our menu from the crepes to the desserts are made fresh to order. All the eggs we use are Nest Fresh Cage Free.
