The Flying Fish offers a relaxed lakefront atmosphere and simple, hearty fare. The main selections are fresh fried catfish, shrimp and oysters, though the restaurant offers a wide selection of grilled fish, shrimp cocktail, snow crab legs, burgers, chicken and crawfish. Grilled salmon, trout, and tilapia are offered each day, as well as several other heart-healthy grilled fish options. Beer, margaritas and wine also are served.
