About Us
Welcome to Fish Bones Grill. Lewiston - Auburn's alternative seafood restaurant. Located in an antiquated mill on Lincoln Street in the middle of Lewiston's renaissance, Fish Bones offers a unique atmosphere with its large windows, aged brick, and rough-hewn timbers.
Your hosts, Paul and Kate Landry identified a need for an upscale fish house that offered healthy choices while maintaining seasonality. It was their intent to introduce a seafood grill concept fusing American cuisine and products with a multi-national flair. This concept provides an opportunity to offer unique preparations and presentations featuring locally sourced sustainable products. Besides featuring seafood, Fish Bones also offers a host of non-seafood items as well as entree salads and our unique flatbreads.
Reservations are accepted and walk-ins are always welcome. Parking is free and plentiful. We encourage you to call ahead to ensure your specific time. We also offer a small private room (the Trophy Room), that accommodates up to 22 people. Perfect space for a private party, small seminar or special occasion dinner. Fish Bones is also available for larger events both days and evenings that include luncheons, rehearsal dinners, small weddings, baby & bridal showers, bereavement gatherings and cocktail parties.
