Enoteca Roma was born out of my desire to have a restaurant reminiscent of the ones I grew up with in Roma. No velvet, no couches and no attitude; just wines from around the world, and the rustic cuisine of Italy, here in Chicago. Our ristorante features traditional Italian classics, the way I experienced them in people's homes. Many dishes were shown to me by friends I cooked with in Italy, others by my cousin Cristina, who's home-made pastas we feature daily.
