In this class, open to all fitness levels, you'll be introduced to Zumba, an exercise where you follow along to a fun and energizing dance routine set to multi-cultural, high energy music. You can follow at your own pace as your instructor motivates and moves you throughout the entire class. No need to be a dancing pro, either. The moves used in Zumba are designed to be easy enough for even a first-time dancer to follow while also giving you a great workout. Eat your heart out, elliptical!
