Our Cupcakes!
All of our desserts are prepared using the freshest ingredients available: local fruits and produce, spices and natural flavors from independent merchants, homemade reductions and preserves. We bake the old-fashioned way, using butter, sugar, and lots of love. We can also bake gluten-free versions of most of our flavors by request. We feature six flavors in our store every week, but can bake other flavors for your order of a dozen or more.

Cakes
Things to know about our cakes
All cakes are baked fresh the day of your order and custom decorated to your taste. No cake is ever frozen, or stored in a cooler. Cake orders generally require 48 hours notice for Tuesday-Thursday orders (though we'll do our best to fit your order in if at all possible on shorter notice). Weekend orders should be placed no later than the Tuesday before you need the cake. Please note that these are minimum timeframes, and during busier times of the year, more notice may be required. All cakes are two "wedding cake" layers (approximately 2" each, 5-6" total), with a generous layer of buttercream or other filling in between
Premium Cakes
Premium cakes include those with nuts, fruit filling, coconut, or other more extensive (and expensive) ingredients
Custom Decoration
All of our cakes are beautifully decorated for your occasion, but sometimes our customers want a little (or a lot) more. Custom decoration includes things such as character cakes, themed cakes, fondant accents, or anything outside the bounds of our usual decoration. Though we have a price figured into our cakes for custom work, based on the size of the cake, extensive work may be charged extra
What is Level 1, Level 2, Level 3?
Our standard cake price is Level 1. Premium cakes or Gluten-Free versions of our standard cakes are Level 2. Gluten-Free versions of our premium cakes are Level 3
How many people does the cake serve?
That's a good question, and the answer is, "It depends." We have three listings for average servings in each cake. The "generous" portion is a large slice, such as one might cut at a picnic or family celebration, and is approximately 3"x3" for square or sheet cakes, and a full slice for round cakes. The "party" portion is an appropriate size for a cocktail party, or other social event and is approximately 2"x2". The Wedding portion is approximately 1"x2" and is the typical size slice for this event

An appetizer size version of our regular croissant in either chocolate, brown sugar and cinnamon, rosemary sea-salt, or prosciutto and havarti
Truffles
Sinfully delicious balls of dark chocolate, or white chocolate ganache, covered in toasted coconut, dark chocolate morsels, or crushed pistachio
Mini-Scones
Two-bite size versions of our classic scone. Dense but never stiff, we make our version of these Scottish delights in blueberry, apple-cinnamon, or raspberry-white chocolate
Bite-size Brownies
Single bites of our dense, rich brownie, topped with a dollop of chocolate or vanilla butter cream icing
Saturday Brunch
Saturdays at Easy Peasy include our usual sweet treats and cupcakes, but we also feature some savory fare, and breakfast pastry.
Our menu varies week to week, but always includes fresh-baked croissant (chocolate or prosciutto) and veggie or prosciutto quiche. We also often feature cinnamon rolls, red velvet cinnamon rolls, scones, sweet potato biscuits, and other brunchy yummies. Special Diet Baking
We are happy to bake to meet the needs of our gluten-free guests.
Nearly all of our cupcakes, and cake flavors can be baked gluten free. We also offer gluten free versions of our brownies and cookies. Please contact us for details
At this time we are unable to bake sugar free, or dairy free.

Our base cake of each size is two layers, decoratively iced with buttercream and filled with buttercream between layers. Adding a layer to make it one of our mile-high cakes, or adding fruit, nuts, special decoration, or gluten/ sugar free (premium cake) increases the cost accordingly
