Don Pedro's Restaurant in New York City redefines the flavors of the Latin Caribbean palate with its sophisticated interpretation of the rich culinary traditions of the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. Opened in 2003, Don Pedro's has quickly become a neighborhood favorite. Conveniently located on the corner of Second Avenue and East 96th Street in Manhattan, Don Pedro's is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, as well as Sunday Brunch.
Diners can enjoy new takes on classic dishes such as Mofongo and Pernil or opt for one of Chef Hernandez' original signature dishes, including Montadito Don Pedro, an appetizer featuring cured pork tenderloin, manchego cheese and piquillo pepper, and the flaming t-bone steak.
