The restaurant's signature food style is modern American with global influences as interpreted by Chef Melissa Ettinger. First course choices range from Devon's lobster cake made of handpicked Provincetown lobster meat, fermented black garlic aioli and mini greens to to steamed cape cod mussels, fennel, shallots, thyme, Pernod, Dijon and cream or warm brussels sprout salad with Neuske bacon lardons, frisee, poached egg, and Dijon vinaigrette.
