We invite you to come and experience a home that was built in 1891 as the Scott Boarding House. Part of history still exists with the home being part of the once world famous Keeley Institute, a worldwide treatment center for drug and alcohol abuse from the 1920's to the late 1960's.
Take pleasure in our beautiful handcrafted oak and maple woodwork, original fireplaces in our lounge area, and antiques while you enjoy lunch or dinner. Although the building has been changed somewhat throughout the years, the main structure still remains the same. When the Oughton family purchased the boarding house in 1895, it was remodeled to include the woodwork that is still present today.
Our Garden Room, with its lovely parquet dance floor and soaring windows overlooking gardens and historic landmarks, can accommodate up to 390 guests in style and grace. We also accommodate smaller weddings and other special events in-house.
