In the early 1990s Bill Khanna had the vision of bringing high quality Moghul cuisine to the Seattle metropolitan area. He opened three Chutney’s restaurants in Seattle: in lower Queen Anne near the Seattle Center, on Capital Hill, and in Wallingford. He consistently attracted the highest quality chefs and wait staff to his restaurants. All the Chutneys restaurants were reviewed by the key Pacific Northwest’s dining critics.
