About Us
Remember 25 years or so ago when watching the game meant huddling around the TV at your buddy's house and fighting for the remote? They were dark days for sports fans, people. So way back then, we opened a little place called Concourse 7 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It had burgers, beer and sports, the things we love! Turns out a lot of other people love them too. The joint was packed. So like any good sports fan, we weren't satisfied with our big lead. We went to the locker room, made some adjustments and came out gunning. We covered the walls with big screens and changed our name to Champps. We went big.
