About Us
Blue Heron BrewPub, located in the historic Parkin Place, offers the best in pub dining and finely hand crafted, locally brewed beers. Open for lunch and dinner daily, the BrewPub offers a delightful selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and hearty entrees. If you can't stay, you can arrange to "take out" your order. Our beers are brewed by Corey Nebbeling. Corey, who brews exclusively for Blue Heron BrewPub, hails from Michigan. While in college, Corey started brewing for his own pleasure, experimenting with different beer styles and recipes. He was an assistant brewer at the Lander Brewing Company in Lander, Wyoming for a year and then joined Short's Brewing Company in Michigan. Under Corey's direction, we are proud to continue our signature beers, Honey Blonde, Tiger's Eye, and Loch Ness Scotch Ale. Additional beers, such as RYEzome Red, Hub City Lager, Witz End Wheat, and Oktoberfest will continue to rotate through our 10 taps. In addition to these, Corey will be offering a wide variety of newly crafted beers for your tasting pleasure.
