Originally from Cuenca Ecuador, brothers Vicente & Kleber Siguenza have been working in Connecticut Restaurants for nearly 20 years. During this time, they have accumulated an extensive knowledge of fine wine and authentic Italian cuisine.
In 2004, they teamed up with their sister, and Executive Chef, Nube Rivera, to open Cava Wine Bar & Restaurant. The siblings are dedicated to providing only the best quality foods, carefully prepared, with outstanding customer service. Their mission is to share their passion for fine wine and food in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
