Brother's Trattoria in Poughquag, NY opened in November, 2008. Brother's is owned by Ken, Shay and Gazmend Berisha who also own Brother's Trattoria in Beacon. In addition to his ownership responsibilities Ken serves as the head chef at the Poughquag location.
