We are stoked to introduce our rocking new chef at Brooklyn Fish Camp. Savannah is a fish girl, through + through. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she continued on at the CIA as ta, teaching students proper fish fabrication techniques as well as thorough identifications of species. She has cooked at the Highland Gardens in Denver, Michelin starred Sante at the Fairmont in Sonoma, NY Times 4 star restaurant, Le Bernadin and most importantly, at Mary's Fish Camp in the West Village. Savannah shares the same respect, concern and love for our oceans. She's a perfect fit for Fish Camp + we're super excited to have her.
