In 1982, the Esfandiary family opened a small restaurant in Albany Texas, not even knowing how to make a Chicken Fried Steak, or what mashed taters were. With a little help from local cooks, a very trusting banker, and with a determination that success was the only answer, they have made a name for themselves. In February of 2007 they have expanded the business to Texas. With the same work ethics and recipes it has already started to create an impact. Serving only Certified Black Angus Beef that is aged to perfect tenderness and then grilled over mesquite coals served with love and pride both locations invite you in to have a great dining experience, to relax and enjoy life.
