Mini + Me
Come move, play, and share the joy of yoga as a family. This is a fun, active class that will build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence in your growing child. We incorporate song and imagery into the practice to make it lots of fun for children and their grown-ups. Yoga comes naturally to children, so start practicing with them now! Light the way for a lifetime of health and overall well-being. This class is accessible and fun for all ages who are willing to be playful and silly, and is a wonderful opportunity for parents, children, and extended family to connect to one another
Gentle Yoga 60
This class will utilize breath work and a gentle approach to yoga shapes to cultivate relaxation and flexibility while also building awareness and strength. We will move slowly and conservatively through the practice using props for support as needed. Great for beginners, those with limitations, or anyone who wants to nurture themselves with a mindful and relaxing class

Prenatal 60
This class helps women to ease the discomforts of pregnancy while preparing the mind, body, and spirit for childbirth and motherhood. The physical practice helps the body adjust to the changes of pregnancy, encourages optimal fetal positioning, and prepares the body for childbirth. On a mental and spiritual level, the practice encourages mindfulness, focus, and positivity to aid in the journey to motherhood. This class is open to women at any stage of their pregnancy and can be started at any time
Mysore
Named for Mysore, India, where it originates, this style of yoga is a self-directed Ashtanga practice. Each student completes the practice at his or her own pace with individual guidance from the instructor. Students of all levels, including beginners, can improvise and explore the Ashtanga practice in this unique class

Please bring a baby blanket and a few small toys

Ashtanga Full Primary Series L2 90
Ashtanga Yoga is a challenging and dynamic style of Hatha Yoga. This traditional system of postures was developed by Sri Pattabhi Jois in the mid twentieth century. This class encompasses the entire Primary Sequence and is considered a level 2 class. This class focuses on surrendering to the breath count of the group and is suitable for students with previous Ashtanga experience

Emphasizing stillness, Yin Yoga is a complementary practice to more dynamic yoga styles. Students will passively hold floor postures for several minutes in order to place a safe and positive stress on the deep connective tissue.
