We believe in supporting our environment both locally and globally. We pride ourselves on being a local industry leader in recycling. We have instituted a daily restaurant recycling program, participate in a national wine cork recycling program, purchase recycled products whenever possible and dedicate a large portion of our wine list to vineyards that practice sustainable farming. We work with local suppliers, growers, craftsmen, artists, area businesses and individuals as much as possible to ensure continued success of our local economy. We support local charities, donating a portion of our profits and services, as well as our time, energy and efforts to the betterment of our area and its citizens.
