HOT HULA fitness is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a "total body workout" in 60 minutes. HOT HULA fitness isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, Hot Hula fitness incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. Strengthen, Stretch, & Restore. This Basic Yoga class focuses on alignment and learning the basic Yoga postures. Beginner and intermediate Yogis are welcome! Welcome to Our Studio! In order for you to have the best learning experience we have designed a program for you to learn Belly Dance so that its Fun, Exciting, and Challenging. New students register for at least one course, and are able to drop in to (or register) any class at or below their level for extra practice. Each course is an 8 week course designed to teach you specific moves, techniques and combinations. The corresponding 8 week choreography course applies the moves from the accompanying level before so that you can apply the movements learned into combinations and a fun dance. We also offer private instruction to help students progress with personal attention.
