In 1997 ALTERRA converted a former auto parts store into a café and roastery. ALTERRA on Prospect is truly a landmark for ALTERRA, it being the first stand-alone cafe in the company. For many years, the Prospect cafe held our entire roasting and wholesaling operations and continues on in its long standing run as one of the finest and most beloved ALTERRA cafes.
