1 hr. A powerful, dynamic & sweaty all levels class designed to challenge, awaken, detoxify & purify every system, muscle and tissue of the body. This energetic flow style class guides students towards greater awareness, transformation and empowerment. It will sculpt, tone and condition both your body and mind. This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications and variations are encouraged to support and accommodate individual needs and experience levels.
Hamstrings, Hips, and Spines
1 hr. A one hour class that promises to open & stretch your body. Students will HOLD asanas that promote passive stretching to allow the body to open up. Focus will be given to hamstrings, hips, and spines/shoulders. Additionally we will incorporate a bridge/wheel/back-bending series to open the front side of the body & spine. This series will be relatively consistent, week to week, and is designed to compliment your yoga practice, or other athletic activity. Room is between 90 and 95 degrees.
Zweet Hot 26 Express
1 hr. Detoxify, tone, strengthen, and create flexibility. This series follows the "Bikram Series" (26/2) relatively closely; however it is an EXPRESS CLASS, so it is only 1 hour. This class is great for first time students. This is an all levels class. Room is heated between 105 and 110 degrees.
