Zink. American Kitchen offers a hip, urban vibe restaurant in the heart of the city’s Southpark neighborhood. Located at The Village at Southpark, Zink features a unique menu of traditional comfort foods with a twist, like our Lobster Mac n’ Cheese, Housemade French Fries and Chips, Streetside Tacos, Pimento Cheese Fritters, and Artisan Wood Oven Pizzas. Executive Chef Tommy Dyrness puts his own spin on things by using locally sourced ingredients for seasonal dishes and preparing them in Zink's wood-fired ovens. Guest favorites include the Miso Marinated Black Cod, Carolina Flounder Pinwheels, Zink’s Meatloaf and whole roasted fresh fish.
