Brazilian Cerrado flavor description: Clean with a good body (creamy mouthfeel), low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and slightly caramel flavor when light-roasted, perhaps even malty, though more chocolaty if given a darker roast. Our coffee brand was named rose garden by our great grandmother Lillian. She was quite the gardener and used the spent grounds for her rose beds.
