Chef Masa Nishiyama's famed career started with his graduation from the prestigious Tsugi Culinary Institute in Osaka, Japan. With his constant presuit of culinary authenticity and perfection. Chef Masa has compiled an impressive list of accomplishments. Some of which includes being named "Chef Extraordinaire", "Officer Chef Rotisseur", and being given the "Bronze Star of Excellence" by The Chaine des Rottiseur. In 1985 Chef Masa Displayed his culinary works at the "Taste of America" Inauguration of President Ronald Reagan in Washington D.C. His career accomplishments extend to positions at the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef for the Hyatt Regency Corporation in Waikiki, Chicago, and Sacramento until 2001.
