Our executive chef Pajaree (Au) Aekobol was born in Thailand. Her career began at a 150-seat restaurant owned by her family in Bangkok. She moved to New York at the age of 20 and obtained her overseas cooking experience at 5 different Thai restaurants in New York, Philadelphia and Connecticut. A good friend of the owner of the Yum Yum family, she currently works at the newest in our chain of restaurants, Yum Yum 3. Au specializes in traditional Thai cuisines and places great emphasis on creating rich tastes within a scheme of delicate presentation. As a hobby, she invents new Thai desserts.
