Seven Sided Salad

A modern take on the classic cobb salad. Seasoned mixed greens, tomatoes, sweet peas, bleu cheese, roasted balsamic portabella mushrooms, boiled eggs, and spiced roasted yams, red onion, and Cajun croutons with our housemade honey creole mustard dressing.

Yukon Bayou Salad

Our signature salad is composed of seasoned mixed greens, Alaska salmon, spiced roasted yams, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions with Cajun croutons, and a bayou tabasco vinaigrette.

Sandwiches

All sandwiches come with a bag of zapp's voodoo potato chips.

Good Ole Pork Sammich

Nothing says southern like a good ole pork sammich. Tender seasoned pulled pork topped with sliced smoked ham, Swiss cheese and layered between toasted ciabatta roll smeared with creole mustard and scattered with our Artisan style pickles.

Alaska Wild Salmon Salad

Smoked Alaska salmon salad blended with creole mustard aioli, celery, herbs, and spices sandwiched between baby spinach, sliced tomato, our Artisan style pickles, and a buttery soft croissant.
