Ages 5-11. Our kids classes conveniently run at the same time as our adult morning classes to accommodate parents and caregivers who would like to have a more regular attendance in yoga classes. Our kids classes are designed to teach kids different breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures that will be valuable and appropriate for their age group. Yoga has been proven to build self-esteem and self-respect, along with increasing problem solving and emotional stability. Our classes will be be yoga-based, while also including some basic tumbling and child friendly Mindfulness Meditation. We have found that the what works best for school age children is variety to keep them interested and excited. Our classes will do just that!

Mixed Level Yoga Flow
This class is alignment based, creative flow, Hatha yoga. You can expect to become stronger and more proficient in yoga basics including sun salutations, vinyasa flow and standing poses while learning about how to modify and use props appropriately. You will also start to explore and be introduced to more poses including variations of inversions, arm balances, etc. Your teacher will be well equipped to address all experience levels. If you have any specific concerns, speak with your teacher and together you will find suitable options for your needs.
