Power Yoga adds breath to movement, while igniting the body and quieting the mind. Usually heat (90 degrees) is incorporated into this style of yoga also. Though the practice incorporates the same 11 sequences in each class, the poses within the sequences may vary from practice to practice. Power yoga addresses both physical and mental fitness.
