Mondays and Wednesdays; 9:30 am to 10:45 am. If you’ve been curious about the benefits of yoga and meditation but hesitate to jump into a larger studio setting, please join us and learn the basics to practice safely, with confidence, anywhere. Classes are designed to welcome, challenge and inspire beginner yogis. Space is limited. Pre-registration encouraged. Drop-in any time!

I’m studying to be a Life Coach with Martha Beck (a regular columnist for O Magazine and author of several bestselling books including The Joy Diet and Finding Your own North Star). Martha’s coaches follow an inspired, informed, mind/body approach to living your best life. I am delighted to combine this training with my experience as a RYT® certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner to help you find your way.
