ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by sri k. pattabhi jois (1915-2009). this class provides an introduction to the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga, a scientific system of postures linking movements with the breath.ashtanga aims to build strength, flexibility and concentration. work hard and rest well!
