Whether you find your way to this studio for a sweaty flow class, a meditative restorative practice or a grounding hatha yoga experience, the large ceiling length curtains close off the outside world making it the perfect pace to explore the depths of your mind, body and spirit. Soothing clouds surround you on every wall and the softly lit room is accented by scores of candles. You can even complement your yoga practice with a massage from one of Yoga Tree’s highly trained bodyworkers.
The studio is a short walk from Golden Gate Parks legendary ‘Hippy Hill’ where the sounds of drumming will often follow students into class. A number of renowned restaurants and health food stores are also within walking distance enabling hungry yogis to nourish themselves after a vigorous practice.
