Find your flow! Postures linked in a progressive flow. Alignment is incorporated but not the focus. The fluidity of this practice builds heat, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Rejuvenating, enlivening and detoxifying. Yoga philosophy is woven into the practice and brings depth and insight on and off the mat. Suitable for most levels.
Get clarity and energy! Alignment-based yoga with both static and dynamic postures. A skill-building practice where you progress and learn new techniques. Intelligently sequenced class to increase joint stability, musculature flexibility and necessary strength for balanced action. Breath and meditation are taught throughout. A Certified IAYT Yoga Therapist helps you to modify postures in a safe and effective way that will strengthen and stretch major muscle groups, stabilize the joints and restore range of motion in a way that honors the needs of your body. Each class has a theme and focus, while you are encouraged to move at a pace that suits you. All levels are welcome.
Take your time! Enjoy a slow paced practice for deep self-care. Both classic yoga postures along with creative movement are linked using your breath to bring fluidity, openness, and ease to your body. Restorative Yoga Nidra
Find your bliss! Deeply unwind tension and stress. This practice has both still postures and movement, includes gentle and restorative poses. Incorporates extended periods of reclining meditation with guided visualization to calm the nervous system. All levels are welcome.
Let go! Gentle restorative yoga postures with yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, sandbags, straps and eye pillows are used to encourage release of muscular tension and stress in the body. Breathing practices and meditation to restore and rejuvenate the body and mind. All levels are welcome.
