This class focuses on the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga. It is appropriate for all levels of practitioners, including first time students, prenatal and those working with injury. Here, the student will be guided into different postures with a slow and rhythmic breath, paying careful attention to the joints and ligaments of the body. The usage of props will be incorporated in class to help the student develop knowledge of proper alignment, helping them to acquire a strong foundation in order to progress ease-fully in their asana practice
A class in which the main focus are the abdominal muscles. A strong core is necessary for a healthy spine and beautiful posture. Extremely effective, you're sure to feel the work you've done for a day or two afterwards
Extremely gentle, long held seated and supine poses. Use of bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, the wall, our breath and meditation helps us to find deep comfort and relaxation at the beginning of our busy week
A vigorous practice combining elements of the traditional Ashtanga series, including sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and plenty of vinyasa to purify and strengthen the body

Hot Yoga Flow
Hatha Yoga done in a moist, heated studio. The temperature is about 90 degrees. Please be well hydrated, in good physical health and have a working knowledge of basic asana. Bring water and a towel and perhaps a bathing suit for an invigorating dip in the Atlantic afterward!
SUP Yoga Classes are 90 minutes and include a short warm up on land, paddle to our destination, and a yoga session that will focus on balance and core strength while the beauty of the outdoor setting relaxes and grounds you in your practice
