Ananda Yoga
This classical approach integrates the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of your being for self expansion and positive thinking.
Chair Yoga
Great for people just starting out, seniors, and people with limitations. Uses a chair for support.
Hot Yoga
Practiced in a 95 degree room. Must have a regular yoga practice. The warmth helps the muscles stretch.
Karma Yoga
Alternative music with an easy style of yoga for beginners to intermediate.
Level One
Basic beginners to intermediate yoga learning gentle stretching, muscle building, and basic poses and alignment.
Level Two
Intermediate to advanced yoga, helps build stronger muscles and bones. Some advanced postures may be included. Must have basic knowledge of poses and their names.
Morning Yoga
Great for beginners and students with limited mobility. Warm up, with muscle work, gentle stretching and basic poses to start your day.
Meditation
Learn to calm the mind and body through guided imagery and quiet relaxation.
Noon Yoga
Great way to break up your day with gentle stretching. All skill levels welcom. Shorter class lasting 55 minutes.
Shivananda

About Yoga for You
Yoga for You Studio is located at 420 East Avenue B in Bismarck, ND (northwest of the library).
It is in the main floor of a serene home built in 1924. Once inside you can leave the distractions of the world behind. Enter the tranquil space to slow down and allow yourself time for your own practice. Surround yourself with the peaceful, positive atmosphere of the studio that will take you on your yoga journey. This is a friendly place for students to practice without judgment or competition. Yoga can be for every "body" with modifications. We strive to make yoga work for your body and in your schedule. At Yoga for You we have a knowledgeable group of instructors. Each instructor has several years of instruction experience and will help you with your yoga practice. Click on the Calendar tab for class times and when an instructor is teaching.
Welcome to Yoga for You in Bismarck, ND; a yoga studio that shares the essence of yoga on many levels. At Yoga for You we celebrate the fact that everyone is unique and each person has individual skill levels. Every-Body is different and we have classes just for YOU. We teach beginner to advanced yoga, gentle to power yoga and have occasional Hot Yoga classes during the winter months. There are also specialty classes and workshops for Kundalini yoga, Astanga yoga, and Anusara yoga throughout the year.
