Yoga Flow SF is a studio with many special amenities, not seen in other studios! We take great pride in creating a space to enhance every aspect of your practice. Our practice room is 2100sf with 18’ high ceilings and 108 inch high windows. The floors are mainly hardwood. The parameter of the floor is cork, which is softer and great for those who have knee issues. Yoga Flow SF offers dynamic, fast paced yoga set to amazing music, in a beautiful practice space!
