Time: 90 minutes / 75 minutes; Heated; Experience Required: None. The traditional hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room. Made popular by yoga master Bikram Choudhury, studios teach this class world-wide. This class is challenging, but highly effective and ideal for all levels. Beginners are welcome!
Time: 90 minutes; Non-heated; Experience Required: Some yoga experience recommended. This vinyasa sequence is an athletic blend of multiple styles of yoga, allowing students to explore their practice. Some yoga experience is required before taking this class.
Intermediate Class (Level II)
Time: 90 minutes; Heated; Experience Required: Some yoga experience recommended. Intermediate Class is a new way to approach your practice, taking the tradition Bikram series to the next level. The class will cover 52 postures from the traditional 84 asanas including: Arm Balances: Peacock & Crow; Inversions: Headstand & Shoulderstand; Backbends: Pigeon & Dancer. Take your practice to the next level and test your boundaries!
Time: 75 minutes; Non-heated; Experience Required: None. Based on the concepts of Yin Yoga, this slower paced, restorative class focuses on long holds of postures to give the body time to release and open. This class is open to all levels.
What To Bring and What To Wear
Women wear shorts and a sports bra or a leotard.
Men wear running shorts or swimming shorts - t-shirt optional.
No long or baggy pants, you will be hot and they just get in the way.
No excessive jewelry.
No perfume or scented lotions out of respect for those who are sensitive to them.
Yoga mat and large beach towel to cover your mat (you can rent or buy these from us).
Extra change of clothes, so you don't go home sweaty.
Extra towel if you wish to shower at the studio.

How To Prepare
Come with an open mind and a positive attitude.
You don't need to work out or stretch before-hand.
Come hydrated - be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
