Slow Flow Vinyasa (Heated)
Slow Flow classes emphasize movement with breath at a steady pace in a warm room. The aim of moving slower is to be able to study and linger in poses longer to invite sensations of grounding, endurance, and focus.
This is a Heated Vinyasa Class. Not overly hot just kinda warm. We promise you will love it and you will come every week. The Instructor will take you through a flow and the gentle warmth of the room will help you reach new levels.
All Levels Vinyasa Flow (Heated)
Vinyasa style classes emphasize movement with breath. The poses "flow" from one to the next in different sequences to build strength, concentration, and flexibility in mindbody. Expect this Vinyasa class to be challenging and energetic.

Unlimited 1-Month, Locals Only
Come to as many classes as you like, we offer 3-5 per day. This pass expires one month from the day you attend your first class. So if you come to a class May 29, it will expire June 29. Non-transferable, and cannot be used for workshops or special events
