Yoga has been found to be supportive of good physical and mental health. It is a healing, yet envigorating practice, and is suitable for anyone of any age. Just pick your class: Gentle or the more vigorous Warm Flow...or experience a balanced approach in our General or Yoga Stretch classes. We also offer a Beginner 101 seven week course Tuesday or Friday evenings.
