For those of you new to yoga, or interested in teaching at Yoga Belly, or just just wanna revisit the basics, then take this awesome workshop "Yoga Belly Basics: Foundations & Flow." In this Foundations workshop, we will share our story of how we built our fun and friendly studio and how we came up with our signature class Yoga Belly. Foundations offers a slow paced class that introduces students to a nice flowy yoga practice in a slightly heated room. With Foundations, students will learn about controlling their breath (pranayama) and develop transitions from one pose (asana) to the next with each breath. Foundations focuses on proper form and alignment and is designed to prepare you for those fancy challenging YBX classes.
