Slow Flow Yoga brings you into Vinyasa yoga at a more moderate pace. Great for those new to vinyasa or those looking to refine movements within their practice. Series of poses will be repeated, making the movements meditative. Modifications for all levels will be offered

In this slower paced class, poses may be held for longer periods of time to allow for gentle opening throughout your entire body. These calming and rejuvenating classes will nourish your mind, body and spirit through an intentional approach to yoga. Asanas (poses) are mindfully selected to build strength and flexibility, and balanced by tapping into your body's ability to fully let go and surrender. All levels welcome
Hatha Yoga (*Pre-registration, see description for details)
This class is held when at least 2 students pre-register by noon of class day. You will be notified by 1pm if you pre-register, and class is cancelled. You will be charged if you pre-register, and do not attend. You are encouraged to attend if you do not pre-register, and class is still listed on schedule. Focus on breathing into the body and letting your breath guide your movements, building stability, balance and flexibility. Hatha is a perfect place to begin your yoga journey, as well as to deepen your practice for even the most experienced of practitioners! Yoga Fusion
Pilates amped up! Lengthen, strengthen and tone the entire body while increasing flexibility. This workout incorporates Pilates, yoga and barre inspired exercises that are fun and challenging. This workout will make you feel invigorated and wonderful! No experience necessary.
Restorative Yoga

Prenatal yoga offers a supportive and relaxing environment to build strength and awareness, calm the mind and body, and connect with baby. The class combines gentle poses, relaxation, and breathing techniques designed to ease and prevent the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. All levels welcome.
Yoga for Backs and Hips
This class is for all levels of students and pays particular attention to the spine and all supporting muscles of the spine. Yoga for Backs will offer asanas that support proper muscular-skeletal alignment, both stretching and strengthening all areas of the back, including the lumbar region and hips. Those with back pain prior to class should obtain medical approval before attending this or any class.
