This class is more like a workout- incorporating high intensity interval training and core strength exercises. Perfect for yogis with a hectic agenda who want to rev up their metabolism in the middle of the day.

Raise your heart rate, strengthen your core, and build lean muscle in this 25 min packed class! Using weights for extra resistance, this class will challenge every muscle. And challenge brings the change.

Sunday Restore-end your week with this non-heated, 60 minute restorative class. Teachers will rotate weekly giving students a blend of restorative, Yin, myofacial and some slow flow.
Monday Mix
This all levels alignment based class will offer some flow, core, pose breakdown with the use of props and even myofacial release with tennis balls to work out tight muscles.
