Spicy Hot Oil Seared Hand-ripped Noodles
this ultra-spicy, vegetarian noodle is a little more special than all of the hand-ripped noodles on the menu. the name pretty much sums it up: it is noodles that is cooked and then our chili powder blend is spread on top of the noodles and seared by pouring hot boiling (soybean) oil over it, creating a fresh hot chili oil, and mixed in with the noodles. this dish is all about the noodles and spice (but of course, it does have a touch of cabbage to balance out the textures).
