Pop's Porter Gold Medal winner at GABF is made with a blend of roasted malts that give this beer a nice, roasty aroma with hints of chocolate and coffee. These malts also contribute to the deep dark color of the beer. As you sip on Pop's Porter, take a deep breath and inhale the aromas as you enjoy the roasty and almost toffee caramel-like flavor as it finishes with a smooth dry end. This beer pairs excellent with smoked or grilled food. It also goes very well with a nice cigar. Serve this beer in a nonick pint glass
LA Rubia, Hoppiness (IBUs): 16.0, ABV (%): 5.0
La Rubia is the lightest beer we brew. However, this beer does not lack in flavor. It has a nice crisp bitterness to it with a slight bready and sweet flavor. This beer is brewed for the beautiful hot weather we get here in Miami. La Rubia is a combination of German Pilsner Malts, British Crystal Malts, Czech Saaz Hops and German Ale Yeast, making this beer a true American Blonde Ale. It pairs excellent with your salad, seafood and chicken. Serve this beer in a classic pilsner flute
Wynwood IPA, Hoppiness (IBUs): 70.0, ABV (%): 7.2
Wynwood IPA has a nice, citrusy hop aroma and bitterness that is balanced with a slight caramel sweetness. We dry hop this beer, meaning we toss more hops in the vat once it has finished fermenting to give it its unforgettable aroma. This beer is an IPA drinkers IPA. We use purely American Hops and premium two-row barley with British Crystal Malts to help balance out this hop forward beer. The Wynwood IPA goes excellent with a burger, sharp cheeses and spicy foods. Serve this beer in a nonick pint glass
Magic City, Hoppiness (IBUs): 36.0, ABV (%): 5.6
MAGIC CITY is a balanced American Pale Ale. Our Pale Ale is brewed with Amarillo hops which give this beer an excellent balance between the hop character and malt backbone. It has a nice aroma with hits of malt sweetness, along with a light to medium body. We wanted to create a Pale Ale that was much different than our IPA and could be a great addition to our portfolio. This beer pairs with a wide range of foods. It can go just as great with a salad and a burger. Serve this beer in a nonick pint glass
Rickenbacker Pilsner is a Bohemian-style pilsner named after Eddie Rickenbacker an American fighter pilot in World War I. Eddie was a Medal of Honor recipient and after the war became a racecar driver, automotive designer, and was the longtime head of Eastern Air Lines. In 1947, a causeway was named after him that now links Miami to Key Biscayne. Crisp, light and refreshing, with a nice floral and spicy aroma contributed by the Czech Saaz hops we use. This beer pairs well with mild cheddar or a nice bratwurst
