Women's Fitness has specialized strength training equipment designed for women. Our machines are easy to use and provide a dual-resistance hydraulic system with no pins for you to change or adjust. Each machine has ten different resistance levels that we change for you weekly. This makes it less likely for you to plateau in your workouts. You will efficiently work two muscle groups on each machine, because our machines are created with two hydraulic pistons instead of one. Our circuit offers you a combination of strength training and an aerobic workout all in as little time as 30-45 minutes.
