Muay Thai
Duration: 1 hour; $20. Add a little diversity to your fitness routine with this class of Eastern Muay Thai to give you the ultimate workout. You will learn how to correctly kick, punch, and use your elbows, as well as clinch to control your opponent's posture. This program also integrates different types of karate kicks to add a unique flair. Not only will you get an intense and effective workout, but you'll also strengthen your mind with improved focus, discipline, and confidence - a martial arts experience unlike any other.
