About Us
We opened Willamette Noodle Company in June of 2003, after deciding that Robert’s cooking talents were going to waste on our small family and group of close friends…
We opened in the original “Rock’n Roger’s” building at the corner of Hood & Broadway, and the restaurant gained an immediate fan base in the Grant neighborhood. Nearly EIGHT years later, we are still serving our loyal local fans, as well as many who have discovered us and drive from other Salem neighborhoods. Speaking of being discovered, we were voted one of Salem’s Best Undiscovered Restaurants by Statesman Journal readers in the Best of the Mid-Willamette Valley… TWICE! Thanks to all our customers that helped us achieve that! ETA: We received a SILVER MEDAL in 2010 for Best Italian! What an HONOR! Thanks to everyone that voted for us!
